		<description>My first instrument was the guitar when I was 16.  The action (the amount of space between the strings and the fretboard) was so high it made it incredibly hard to play.  It wasn't until I picked up a friend's guitar with low action that I realized the difference.  But having to press harder in the beginning helped me when I moved up to a better instrument, and built the callouses quicker.  Keep blogging about your progress!</description>
